📹 How Arteki Studio’s production workflow works
Our production combines traditional 3D with motion capture and proprietary AI tools.
1⃣ Script breakdown. The director and team start with the script. Our software turns it into a scene-by-scene visual plan.
2⃣ Building the world. Artists define the character look, and our AI generates them using a locally trained model. At the same time, the 3D team builds locations in professional 3D software. This gives every scene a consistent base for lighting and layout.
3⃣ Real performances. We record real actors in motion-capture suits inside our own virtual production studio — a dedicated filming space and one of the largest in Europe.
4⃣ Shot direction. The team places character movements in the 3D locations and controls camera, timing, and background details.
5⃣ AI assembly. Our AI, trained on the studio’s own in-house dataset, combines the performance, character, and setting into the final frame.
6⃣ Fast editing. An integrated plug-in sends footage to the editing software for final cuts and color work. At any point, we can make corrections without changing the setting — keeping every text element, artwork, and location detail fully consistent.
☑ What problems does our technology solve?
Traditional animation is expensive, takes a long time, and requires a large team. Late-stage changes are hard, and existing AI tools are difficult to control. We’re solving all of this — with precise, frame-by-frame control over the whole process.
